A: Our standard delivery time is 4–6 business days across Pakistan.

Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: Yes, we deliver to all cities in Pakistan.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Same-day delivery is available only in Karachi, and it depends on rider availability.


2. Payment Methods

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online card payments through secure checkout.


3. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return or exchange window for all products. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Q: How are refunds processed?
A: Refunds are issued via bank transfer after your returned item is inspected and approved.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping cost?
A: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
