Ellure Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Return Policy


Eligibility for Returns


  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Customized or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return


To begin the return process, please contact us on WhatsApp at 03140335007 within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide a clear picture or video of the item you received for verification.

Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Return Process


Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse at their own expense. In some cases we will arrange a return ourselves but delivery will be charged

The refund amount will be issued after we deduct all costs incurred by Ellure, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery charges
  • Packaging costs
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Sales tax
  • Other applicable hidden costs

We will share proof of these deductions with you before issuing the refund.

The refund will only be processed after we receive the product and confirm it has not been worn, used, or mishandled.

Refunds


Once your return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Replacements


If you'd like to exchange a product (e.g., for size or color), a replacement fee of PKR 400-500 applies.

A rider will visit your address, collect the original item, deliver the replacement, and collect amount in cash.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at 03140335007.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a free return and replacement if necessary.
